Sunny contracted with me to pressure wash all three entrances to my commercial building. This included a private driveway, parking area, sidewalks, and entryway walls. He also pressure washed an outside stairwell and covered balcony for the second floor unit. He arranged a time to meet and provide his estimate; before our meeting he also accepted emailed pictures of the building and areas to be washed. He scheduled a date and time that suited my schedule, and his work did not disrupt or disturb the neighboring businesses in any way. Sunny arrived promptly and completed work in a professional efficient manner. His service charge was within my budget, and I was very pleased with the outcome and clean look. As a small business owner, it is often difficult to find maintenance services that are willing to take on a small commercial job for an affordable price. Provided a stellar cleaning of a piece of heavy machinery I own. Very thorough. They have specialized equipment to take care of most any pressure washing need. They used a steam/hot water wash on my machine which took off about 60 years of caked on grease and grime from a antique piece of machinery.

Sunny did a fantastic job!!! My house had some mold/mildew/crud growing on the north and East side. He was able to get it all removed off my vinyl siding. He did my gutters as well and my driveway, which is steep and cracked in various places, will now not be a mossy slide for me come winter time. Sunny had to come back to work additionally on a stubborn spot around a decorative window, but he came back promptly and the house is now squeaky clean. I'm so very excited about it. This will become a regular service for me. Highly recommend him.
